“After having taken Amy’s group fitness classes I reached out to her about personal training, mainly because I have a persistent ankle injury that required me to make adjustments to my exercise. Yet I still wanted to get a good workout in and everything else out there was too restrictive and easy.

For more than a year I trained with Amy as my PT alongside my husband, both in person and virtually.

She’s the best trainer we ever had by far. To this day I still remember the adjustments she gave me in how to bend and stretch my ankle to avoid it from bending sideways. She focuses on form in order to aid long term recovery and every workout we ever did with her left us sweating and feeling like we didn’t have more left in the tank.
