DANCE
Amy graduated from the Performers College in Dance and Musical Theatre. From there she entered the industry and continued honing her dancing skills over the years both in London and the United States, where she was mentored by Dana Foglia in Los Angeles. She worked professionally in theatre and commercially (CV upon request).
Styles of Dance include : Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Commercial, Experimental, Hiphop, Popping, Vogue, Tap
FITNESS
Amy is qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer by Premier Global, Amy has experience in teaching both private and group classes for various fitness styles including HIIT, conditioning, sculpt, barre. Her main strength is a creativity in her approach; bringing personal concepts and unique methods, she was able to experiment with different styles of teaching and awareness. As a result her classes blend different inspirations from her movement background and presented in a challenging but wholly flexible and inclusive way.
YOGA
Amy has completed her 200hr Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (Sampoorna Yoga), it was important to Amy to find a more fluid way of training the body both mentally and physically. Finding imaginative sequences, her aim would be to provide students with strength and flexibility building while also calming the mind and expanding focus and confidence.
